Arrive at 6pm for a welcome cocktail and explore the historic State rooms of St Giles. Wander through to the Library and join Sarah for an introduction to the menu and a talk about her food philosophy. Then it’s time for the main event.

Thai style fish cake with chilli and shallot pickle, satay mayo, red curry reduction, black sesame rice and tapioca crisps.

To Finish
Dark chocolate and black cherry tart with a strawberry and rose mousse.
